Omniroast — A single, balanced roast profile that performs well as both espresso and filter. If you are not sure yet how you will brew it, you cannot go wrong with this one.
Specialities — Rare coffees that arrive in small lots — unusual varieties and experimental processing. Complex, often fruity flavours, best tasted as filter.
Dark roast — Roasted for longer: low acidity, full body, chocolatey and roasty. Ideal for espresso, the moka pot and milk drinks.

Who's behind it
Bagira has been roasting coffee since 2015, with our craft led by Ádám Török, barista and Hungarian latte art champion. Nearly two decades in coffee and hospitality have taught us that good coffee alone is not enough: it also takes consistent quality, a steady team and a dependable business behind it.
We roast in Nagytarcsa, tasting and fine-tuning continuously. And we stay with our partners all the way — from the first cupping through choosing equipment to training.
