Delivery
We roast to order. Your coffee is not boxed off a shelf — it is roasted on the next roasting day, so what reaches you was still green coffee a few days earlier.
We dispatch within three working days. For larger orders above 5 kg we agree the dispatch date with you individually, because those are roasted specifically for you.

Delivery is free on orders over 21,600 Ft. The exact charge, and how much is still needed for free delivery, is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Collection at the café
You can collect your order from Dob utca 25 free of charge. We email you as soon as it is ready and hold it for fourteen days.
Right of withdrawal
If you are buying as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Simply tell us — write to info@bagira.coffee with your order number.
Within 14 days of you notifying us, we refund the price of the goods and the cost of outward delivery, using the same payment method you paid with. The cost of returning the goods is yours.
What to keep in mind
- We can only take goods back unopened, in their original packaging. Coffee is a foodstuff: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept an opened bag.
- The same applies to machines and equipment — undamaged packaging, all accessories present.
- Please send returns to 2142 Nagytarcsa, Felső Ipari körút 2/A, Hungary.
- We cannot accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery.
If something is wrong with the coffee
It rarely happens, but if it does — a damaged parcel, the wrong lot, or something simply not right in the cup — write to us and include the roast date printed on the packaging. We will not ask for proof and we will not argue: we replace it or refund it.
Coffee does not spoil, but it gives its best in the first six weeks. If something tastes flatter later on, that is not a fault — though we are still glad to talk about it.
