A coffee that mirrors El Salvador’s washed lots perfectly, with one twist: thanks to the Anacafe 14 variety, the bag is full of huge, elongated beans. That variety came from crossing Catimor and Pacamara, tolerates drought well and yields highly. It suits it particularly well to start drinking it at least 12–15 days after roasting.
