The Gatare washing station was the first of its kind in Rwanda, set up in 2003. Ever since, it has sent coffees to the Cup of Excellence year after year, and they have always scored highly. About this lot

THE STORY

We buy small lots and roast them in batches we can taste all the way through. Every bag carries its roast date — not a best-before, because coffee does not spoil, it only loses its best.
