It is no different for us: it was around 2010 that we met a natural Ethiopian that changed what light roasting meant to us. This coffee takes us straight back to that moment — complex, floral, full of ripe fruit. In our experience it works best in capsule form, pulled very short. · Sidamo

About this lot
THE STORY
The same coffee we sell as whole beans, in a Nespresso-compatible capsule. Aluminium, so it can be recycled.
We buy small lots and roast them in batches we can taste all the way through. Every bag carries its roast date — not a best-before, because coffee does not spoil, it only loses its best.
