This African coffee has a relatively short run in our range, until our Ethiopians from the fresh harvest arrive. Burundi is one of those origins where farmers work holdings so small that they grow an average of 200–300 kg a year. As they have no capacity to process the coffee themselves, they sell it to central mills such as Masha. With the coffee processed at a station that has the right technology and experience, we can be confident of an excellent result. · Kayanza
