Again and again we came across the same need: someone looking for a coffee for milk finds that a given single origin is either too sweet and disappears next to the milk, or too acidic, which can be intrusive in a cappuccino. About this lot

THE STORY

Our house blend, the one you will also find on the café counter. We built it to be at its best with milk, and so that you never have to relearn your recipe when a new sack arrives.

We buy small lots and roast them in batches we can taste all the way through. Every bag carries its roast date — not a best-before, because coffee does not spoil, it only loses its best.
